Well, as a brand new member I can’t even do an initial setup. Keep getting an error message saying I can’t be located. All I would like is a scannable bar code on my phone so I don’t have to have something else attached to my key ring. First impressions...

The app fails to recognize username and passwords. Its extremely unstable and when working lacks any value whatsoever. Sadly, Im not sure what, if any, purpose this app intended to serve.

Like most iOS users, I use strong passwords and keep my passwords in iCloud Keychain. When an app asks for my password, I copy it from Settings > Safari > Passwords and paste it into the Password field. Your latest version broke the ability to use paste in the Password field (or the black background obscures the Paste option). Please fix this. Also, its possible for an iOS app to automatically pull the appropriate password at login. That would be even better. Thanks!

After the latest update the gym schedule wont load,cant make payments or update personal info,please fix !!! I used to rely on this app everyday to check my classes!!!

However the actual implementation of using this app is way off. Class schedule never loads, my info never loads, just all around glitches. I see that they have the right idea for use of the app, just need to execute before you offer.

Please fix it so I can see the class schedules again. It was very helpful before the last update broke it!

Class times wont update, and the website isnt working to access gym class schedules.

I really like that I can view class schedules from different gyms since there are two gyms next to my house, I wish that there was an "add to calendar" option to put it on my schedule. The app seems to be working great for me though!

Girl at the gym started to sign me up but didnt give me my username, not sure why she took it upon herself to create my profile. sent msg to customer service and they reset, but still wouldnt let me login. Sent another email to customer service hopefully third time is a charm. So frustrating!

I can no longer paste my secure lastpass password! Impossible to log in now. App is now useless. Re-enable this. Its not security to disable pasting. It just promotes weak passwords.

The app is nice. However, I would like for the capability to place your own workout workout plan in the app. It allows you to pick from preset exercises (which is a great start) but the level of customization could increase. One feature I would like to see is the use of Apple Wallet (formerly known as Passport I believe) for the membership card/barcode. It would help alleviate the need to actually launch the app just to access it.

Its not just the app that isnt working. The mobile version of the golds gym site is broken, so we cant see schedules--which is one of the areas I access frequently. It seems like anything tied to accessing the mobile web version is broken. This is big disappointment. I deleted the app and tried to just go to the site on my phone and thats when I realized the issue.

This app never works! All I want to see is class schedules. I need to go to the webpage to load them! The app just pulls up blank pages. So frustrating.

App doesnt work and no one at a Golds gym location can help. And app support is a ghost. Sent in a ticket a week ago with no response. No number for support. Terrible

A login using Facebook button. Thats all

App is a lot nicer. It would be nice if you added Passbook card support so that my membership card would pop up as soon as I arrived at gym.

Need to add Fitbit to apps

Takes forever for the card to come up and logs me out all the time. Improve this for a higher score. Should be instant and leave me logged in.

As I try to sign up, it requires a password to have between 8-15 characters. Which is fine but, after using a 9 character password, it tells me it doesnt match the requirement of 8-15 characters.

Wont let you sign up with the 8 character password that it requires for signup. Someone forgot to enable the app to actually work when you hit submit.
